- Abstract
Analyzing the results of territorial management in occupational health of the Department formal economic sector, from the guidelines of Health and Labor Scope of the Ten-Year Public Health Plan (2012 -2021) and the Policy for the Promotion of Occupational Safety and Health (2019-2029), this is a descriptiveanalytical and longitudinal study; which presents the coverage of the General Occupational Risks System and incidence of occupational accidents, illness and mortality in the 2015-2020 period with data from Fasecolda’s Occupational Risks Information System Cundinamarca managed to increase coverage in the SGRL by 19.4% in dependent workers and 53.4% in independent workers, decreased the incidence of occupational accidents by 5.4 percentage points and occupational mortality by 0.4 percentage points; occupational disease grew by 469.9 percentage points in 2020. Despite government efforts, it remains above the national rate. The provinces where most of the accidents, illnesses and occupational mortality rates are concentrated are located in the central and western savannah provinces, as they are more populated and where economic activities such as industry, construction, mining and agriculture are concentrated.
