The article presents a case study of a 39 weeks 4.4 kg boy delivered through caesarean section and conveyed to a tertiary care hospital for managing his respiratory distress, hypoglycaemia, and possible sepsis. The child's maternal history of gestational diabetes, diagnosis of Subcutaneous fat necrosis (SFN) and hypercalcaemia, and treatment with hypercalcaemia are also included.
