- Abstract
The article focuses on the economic pressure of the dictatorship government in Kazakhstan. Topics discussed include the election of President Nursultan Nazarbayev who is on his fifth term, the growth of the country's gross domestic product (GDP) driven by prioritization of international economic cooperation by Nazarbayev, and the impact of decline of oil prices the to the economy of Kazakhstan. It also explores the austerity measures implemented by Kazakhstan government.
