- Abstract
The article describes the case of a nine-year-old African American boy with a past medical history of obesity and intermittent elevated blood pressures presented to the emergency department for one day of acute, right lower extremity pain. Topics discussed include operative findings, a diagnosis of fibromuscular dysplasia (FMD) given arterial vascular changes on CTA and clinical presentation, and medical treatment of FMD.
