- Abstract
The article focuses on developments in court to court communications in relation to international insolvency cases. Topics discussed include the Australia Conciliation and Arbitration Act 1904, the doctrines of forum non conveniens and lis alibi pendens, the efforts made by multilateral organizations such as United Nations Commission on International Trade Law in resolving international insolvency. It also mentions the Australian Cross-Border Insolvency Act 2008.
