- Title
WHOSE CONFLICT? COPYRIGHT, CREATORS AND CULTURAL INSTITUTIONS.
- Authors
Kenyon, Andrew T.; Wrighta, Robin
- Abstract
The article focuses on the conflicts regarding copyright between creators and cultural institutions within the context of Australian law reform. It explores the views of copyright creators and cultural institutions seen in Australian law reform and compare them with the views of copyrights held by creative sectors and cultural institutions within the fieldwork. It suggests that some of the copyright creators see their interest otherwise from those seen in law reform and beyond the copyright law.
