- Abstract
The article highlights decision of a Maryland District Court in case "United States v. Graham," in which the Court held that historical cell site location data is not protected by the Fourth Amendment. It describes the nature and extent of the Fourth Amendment's protection of cell site location information (CSLI). It reports that how the case decision raised important questions about the conflict between privacy and a number of Fourth Amendment doctrines.
