- Abstract
The article discusses the legal aspects of revenge pornography (RP) which involves the unauthorized distribution on the Internet of intimate photographs and videos of nude individuals who are posing or are engaged in various sexual activities, focusing on how RP applies to the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution and right to privacy laws in America. Obscenity and freedom of speech laws in the U.S. are mentioned, along with federal common law in America. Sexual assault laws are examined.
