- Authors
Grimmer, Caitlin
- Abstract
The article analyzes the new regulations for enforcing the Government's "zero-tolerance policy" regarding human trafficking. It discusses its history within government procurement, Executive Order 13627, the current laws regarding human trafficking and procurement, and the Executive Order's requirement to update the Federal Acquisition Regulation. It suggests improved enforcement against both prime contractors and subcontractors by advocating a change in the False Claims Act.
