Abstract
The article focuses on the findings of two pilot studies related to acceptability of nicotine containing products as alternatives to cigarettes. It states that the studies indicate an interest in the use of substitutes to reduce the harmfulness of smoking. The studies also show that greater the range of products on offer, the more smokers are likely to try a product to quit.
