In this work, we shall derive a new subclass of univalent analytic functions denoted by H α , β , γ , k , λ , m in the open unit disk D = z ∈ ℂ : z < 1 which is defined by multiplier transformation. Coefficient inequalities, growth and distortion theorem, extreme points, and radius of starlikeness and convexity of functions belonging to the subclass are obtained.
