The article offers information on the variety of soy food that are ideal for nutritional diet including tofu, soy milk and tempeh. It states that tofu is an alternative source of protein and can be easily be incorporated in daily meals, because of its ability to absorb flavor. The author mentions that is essential for breakfat meals with its calcium and vitamin D content. The author adds that tempeh is a traditional soy product from Indonesia made through fermentation.
