- Abstract
The article discusses legal principles and Ontario court cases concerning non-compete clauses in contracts of dentists. Topics explored include the possible enforcement of these contract clauses by a court, reason why the non-competition agreement involved in the Ontario Court of Appeal case Lyons v. Multari may be deemed as unenforceable, and factors that need to be considered by principal dentists before negotiating non-compete clauses in associate contracts.
