- Abstract
The article discusses the things contract management professionals should consider to defend against the termination for convenience power of the U.S. government. The author provides an overview on the implications of the federal government's termination for convenience power, as well as its historical evolution and limitations. He also addresses the areas that need to be proven by the contractor to prove specific intent to injure and negate the termination for convenience action.
