- Authors
MALOBERTI, NICOLÁS
- Abstract
The article examines the moral relevance of libertarianism and re-framing the concept of social justice along free-market lines. It discusses bleeding heart libertarian insights from the book, "Free Market Fairness" written by political philosophy professor John Tomasi. It notes an argument for a liberal theory which acknowledges the value of economic liberty and social justice. It cites the defect in a theory of justice that does not recognize the distributional adequacy condition.
