Title
Got Smell?
Abstract
The article focuses on a study conducted by Neuroscientist Don Katz and colleagues at Brandeis University, which revealed that the sense of taste only works properly when the sense of smell is in good working condition. A multistep training process was used to evaluate the interdependence of the taste and olfactory senses and initially they believe that there will be no impact on the sense of smell by changes in the sense of taste. Katz is now studying which part of the brain tells the olfactory system when there are changes in the sense of taste.
