- Abstract
The article focuses on a mouse hospital at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in Boston, Massachusetts, which has been developed to gain insight on clinical trials of drugs for humans. It notes that an estimated 5,000 rodents residents were pioneers of the co-clinical trial approach where human clinical trial is partnered with animal studies. It adds that due to its promising approach, the hospital has been awarded 4.2 million dollars by the National Cancer Institute in Bethesda, Maryland.
