- Abstract
Objective To understand the difference of aroma components in flower bud and blooming flower of golden honey pomelo, and expound the release law of aroma components in the process of flower blooming of golden pomelo. Methods The aroma components of the flower buds and flowers of golden honey pomelo were identified and analyzed by computer spectrum library (NIST/Wiley) by using solid-phase microextraction combined with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GCMS). Results Eighteen and 17 substances were detected in flower bud and flower aroma respectively, linalool, indomethacin farneside and 2-vinyl-1,1-dimethyl-3-methylene cyclohexane were the main components in the flower of golden honey pomelo, which was released in a large amount in the process of flower blooming. In addition, there are kinds of terpenes in the flower bud, which decrease obviously during the blooming process. Conclusion The blooming flower should be used as the material to develop and utilize the fragrance of golden honey pomelo flower. Therefore, the flower bud of golden honey pomelo can be used as the raw material of terpene extraction.
