- Authors
Gayman, H. E.
- Abstract
The article reports that Ralph C. Swan, acting superintendent of Public Instruction, has appointed an advisory committee on certification of teachers in Pennsylvania. It suggests that the purpose of this committee is to review all certification in the light of modern trends and to recommend to the council for its consideration possible changes that would improve the existing situation. It also offers information about how the committee of twenty-two was selected.
