- Abstract
Anxiety, sadness and depression related problems often condition psychological and cognitive development in young adulthood. Based in scientific research, EU policies and vision guide programs and strategies of member states toward education as a priority of interventions against psychological and mental health issues. The research involved students of Master level of Tirana University, who have been asked about the frequency they have experienced anxiety and depression, or the feeling of being somewhere on the borderline, and if they fund in University studies an ally against anxiety and depression. Conclusions are based in youth voice that gives precious contribution in understanding education as a tool to access “irreplaceable knowledge in recognizing the dynamics of a person's cognitive development” and “protective strategies”, and based as well in reviewing European Commission responds to the need for healing action against mental health issues.
