- Abstract
Without the citizen's activity and public role there is no real political process. The interception of communications can seriously violate the right to privacy, which is of the utmost importance to prevent the state from using its power to restrict and endanger the rights and freedoms of citizens. The Operational-Technical Agency (OTA) is an independent and independent state body that provides technical connectivity between operators and authorized communications monitoring authorities in cases where a court order authorizes interception of communications for the purposes of criminal investigations or for the protection of security interests and the defense of the state.
