Children's rights are a special part of the human rights issue in general. When we speak about rights of children, as children they have some rights that are more specific. They are initially granted with the right of having birth and the right to survive, the right of living, the right to maintenance and clothing, the right to health care, the right to education, the right to attend education institutions and the right to psychological and mental health.
