- Abstract
The protection of human dignity at a high level is an important objective as proclaimed in both national and international legislation. Increasing awareness over the limitation and extreme fragility of natural rights, which once were considered as unlimited, clearly evidenced the necessity of a greater and more effective protection of human life because always the threats against human dignity and life and international terrorism are growing. In this context, the protection and improvement of human dignity remains a priority for centuries as being of paramount importance, as they are a prerequisite for the well-being of nations and the development of the whole world in general. We can mention that human society is fulfilled with a bitter story regarding victims of those times of human society which in her bosom today counts millions of victims as a result of wars and violence directed against humanity, by dictators and different statesmen which the world today recognizes through a special story fixed on the number of victims of the time.
