- Abstract
The article presents a study on the educational needs of proton therapists in the U.S. It says that students expressed their interest in getting involved with the processes and improvement information of proton therapy facilities. It discusses the quality of training, adequacy of continuing education (CE), and access to proton-specific information of the proton therapist. It suggests the having a scholarly journal, conferences, and certification may help advance the field of proton therapy.
