- Abstract
A speech is presented by Stephen J. Murphy, II, during the Keynote presentation at the symposium entitled "White Collar Crime: Public Corruption Law" on March 2, 2018 at Notre Dame Law School's McCartan Courtroom. Topics discussed include McDonnell v. United States court case on public corruption; United States v. D'Amato court case on aggressive federal prosecution for intangible benefits that were obtained from fraud schemes; and enactment of Hobbs Act for preventing the same.
