- Abstract
The article investigates the issues raised against Scope, one known learning disability charity in Great Britain. The issue against Scope started after its adult services were analyzed by the Commission for Social Care Inspection. Despite the good standing of Roman Court, one of Scope's 40 residential services, the review resulted to the revamp of several senior posts. Scope reasons that the change is to ensure that staff have appropriate levels of management, planning and financial skills.
