- Abstract
Facing on the problem that tire blowout causes traffic accident due to inappropriate automobile tire pressure monitoring, a digital tire pressure system based on air pressure sensor has been designed, it mainly includes AT89C51, MPX4115 pressure sensor, A/D conversion module ADC0832, and liquid crystal display with seven-segment digital tube. Circuit principle diagram has been designed in the Proteus environment, and the method of joint debugging between Proteus and Keil has been adopted. It can obtain the simulation value of tire pressure, then the tire pressure value will display in the digital tube by single chip microcomputer. This can monitor the automobile tire pressure in real time, and ensure the driving safety. The system based on simulation software provides the development efficiency, reduces the design cost, in addition, this system has the advantages of simple structure and low cost, and is easy to operate and transplantation.
