Title
Humanitas (Book Review).
Abstract
The author maintains that today technological forces serve to impersonalize and depersonalize individuals, and there has emerged a real need for persons to be acknowledged as human beings. The need is evident from the ghetto to the pentagon; in big business and in public schools. The author is a theologian and a psychologist, and he seeks to bring persons from the “I” and “you” era to the “we” era. He seeks to draw on the Bible, mystical writers, contemporary writers, and others to accomplish this objective.
