- Abstract
The article discusses the use of endotracheal intubations along with fiberoptic bronchoscope (FFB) and laryngeal mask airway (LMA) to the patients under the treatment of spine surgery at the Intensive Care Unit. It mentions the use of combining endotracheal tube (ETT) and esophageal obturator, which can be used for the preventions leading to the risk of aspiration, and further highlights the demerits of the risk of esophageal reflux due to long time use of these tools for airway managements.
