- Abstract
This article is the story of Çoe Min Ja, a little Korean girl, founded and taken care of by a Turkish Captain Süleyman Pulat, a soldier fighting with the Turkish Brigade during the Korean War in between 1950 and 1953. This story's only touch with the Turkish society was the postage stamps printed in 1952. Their friendship began when Captain Süleyman Pulat found Min Ja in snow-covered territories. The proofs of this friendship are the diaries of Captain Pulat and Min Ja's memories. Documenting this narrative will build up the bonds between Turkey and South Korea, while remaining as a pleasant memory for the people devastated deeply by the war.
