- Abstract
The article discusses the alternative dispute resolution (ADR) movement which offered justification and elaboration of the underlying commitment to client-centered problem solving. Topics discussed include the history of the ADR movement and clinical pedagogy and the development of an experiential learning system based on ADR and clinical pedagogy. Also discussed are the current curricular reforms at Hamline University School of Law in 2015.
