- Abstract
The article reports on an intact trimeric noncollagenous 1 (NC1) domain of type X collagen that corresponds to the rate of linear bone growth at time of measurement. The CXM for Collagen X Marker is released into the circulation in proportion to overall growth plate activity. It is said that the CXM may also be used to manage other conditions such as fracture healing, scoliosis, arthritis or cancer.
