- Abstract
The article presents evidence that blocking Aurora kinase A and Janus kinase 2 (JAK2) in human T cells in synergistic in vitro, prevents xenogeneic graft-versus host disease (GVHD), and maintains antitumor responses by cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTL). Topics discussed include information on GVHD, effect of concurrent blockade of Aurora kinase A and JAK2, and influence of dual inhibition of Aurora kinase A and JAK2.
