- Abstract
This paper describes the structure of a didactic sequence called "Movement due to gravity", which was developed under the perspective of representational change in students and the use of the technologies of information and communication available in the new sciences labs of the UNAM high school. It also presents the conditions of application of the sequence to three groups of students and some of the results obtained from the analysis of four questions in a questionnaire applied with the pretest-posttest method. Responses were classified into categories: They improved, They did not change and are correct, They did not change and are incorrect and They worsened. From the total of answers to the four questions, 41 % and 29 % were placed in the categories They improved and They did not change and are correct respectively, which allows us to say that the sequence is conducive to the learning of the topic.
