- Abstract
The article offers information related to U.S. labor as of September 2012. U.S. Army Specialist (Spc.) Daniel Birmingham received conscientious status (CO) and honorable discharge on moral grounds for his deployment in Afghanistan. The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) started a silent raid to audit the documents of Pacific Steel Casting Co. employees that led to the dismissal of 214 of them. The Department of Justice affirms the constitutional right of police video recording.
