- Abstract
The article examines the international human rights perspective aimed to combat human trafficking and discusses shortcomings in the necessary enforcement for related laws. Topics discussed include the U.S. laws concerning decriminalizing sex trafficking victims; challenges related to decipher between trafficking victims and willing participants; and ways in which international law can be implemented and enforced nationally in order to effectively fight human trafficking.
