- Abstract
An interview with English associate professor Donna Campbell at Washington State University in Washington is presented. When asked about what influenced her to focus on gender and aesthetics in literary naturalism, she refers to the naturalist literature of Frank Norris and Jack London and regionalist works of Sarah Orne Jewett and Rose Terry Cooke. She talks about how women writers relates with literary naturalism and the works to teach in a class. She also notes her works and projects.
