- Abstract
A conference paper about the characterization of the motor subunit of the Escherichia coli restriction modification system by utilizing the computational and bioinformatics methods. It states type1 restriction modification system as molecular motor proteins that are multifunctional multisubunit which are capable of catalyzing both restriction and modification activity reactions. The result reveals that the relation between the conformational changes and endonuclease activity of the enzymes.
