- Abstract
The Journal of Individual Psychology has published an open issue that explores the relevance of Individual Psychology in today's world. The articles cover a range of topics, including trauma therapy, artificial intelligence, and an analysis of Vladimir Putin's lifestyle. The first article discusses the core theoretical components of Individual Psychology, while the second article explores the connection between Adler's theory and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy (EMDR). Another article examines the use of artificial intelligence in Adlerian therapy, and the fourth article offers an Adlerian interpretation of Vladimir Putin's lifestyle. The final article discusses professional publications and their implications for the North American Society of Adlerian Psychology. The editors also acknowledge the suffering and trauma experienced by various communities around the world and hope that the issue inspires readers to bring Adlerian ideas and practices to those in need.
