- Abstract
The article offers information on the judicial decision of the New York Court of Appeals in the case of People v. Duhs, in which the Court rejected the plaintiff's argument for testifying about a statement of witness under the hearsay rule. It informs that defendant Michael Duhs claimed that the admission of the pediatrician's testimony regarding the child's statement violated his constitutional right to confrontation under the Sixth Amendment in context to decision in Crawford v. Washington.
