- Abstract
The article discusses a case study that shows how the use of digital dashboards at St. Josephy Mercy Oakland (SJMO) Hospital in Pontiac, Michigan was instrumental in supporting an alignment between strategic planning and information technology (IT) initiatives. Topics discussed include how the SJMO leaders resolved different issues such as a lack of alignment, transparency and accountability across management levels by implementing iDasboard application.
