- Abstract
In the article, the author discusses how technology has affected the U.S. Constitution's Fourth Amendment jurisprudence, particularly in relation to digital currencies like bitcoin. Other topics include the Supreme Court's efforts to protect people against unreasonable searches and seizures of electronic devices where bitcoins are stored, and how the third-party doctrine allows law enforcers to investigate bitcoin crimes.
