- Authors
Porter, Mary K.
- Abstract
The article presents a result concerning the preliminary study which examines the method of fabrication and behavior of the prints made by electrophotographic processes. Accordingly, the process include the transfer of xerography in which it begins with a photoconductive plate that receives a direct positive image, direct xerography which is a variation of the xerographic process and color xerography which resembles ordinary xerography. The result suggests that Color-in-Color prints should rather be stored in a dark place and cool of low or moderate humidifies. In addition, precaution would be made a box or drawer that is lined with neutral glassine and acid-free paper or card. Moreover, regular matting and recommended hinging procedures may be followed for the presentation.
