NOTES.
- Abstract
The article provides clarifications on reports related to photography collections. A note regarding the monograph "A Portfolio of Sixteen Photographs by Alvin Langdon Coburn" is presented. It also offers an explanation on the legislative bill required for the acquisition of the publication rights to the daguerreotype process in 1839 by the French government. It is mentioned that historians of photography have assumed that the bill was passed by the Chamber of Deputies on July 3, 1839 and by the Chamber of Peers on July 30 of the same year.
