- Abstract
The article offers information on a study about vocal emotions and communication, highlighting several significant signals which are considered crucial for a complete understanding of vocal emotions including nonverbal vocalizations which include laughter, sobs, and screams. Information concerning various steps in the processing of vocal emotions is presented. Details about bilateral auditory cortices as well as neuroimaging data are mentioned.
