- Abstract
The article presents opinions of authors on guidelines for the use of morpholino in zebrafish. Topics discussed include zebrafish as a powerful model to study vertebrate development and disease, morpholino (MO) antisense oligomers as a tool of choice for gene knockdown in a range of models, and reverse genetics to study gene function in zebrafish.
