- Title
Development for solving the oligomer problem in dyeing polyester fibers.
- Authors

- Abstract
The article focuses on the solutions for oligomers in dyeing polyester fibers. It states that oligomers occurred during the polymerization process of the polyester polymer which is used to produce polyethylene terephthalate (PET) fibers. It notes that agglomeration of oligomers was viewed to be a solution due to the hydrophilic nature of agglomerates that hold them in aqueous suspension. It adds that solutions for oligomers must have high affinity with water and no attraction with polyester.
