- Abstract
The article presents theoretical and experimental studies of electrophysical and radar properties of the elements of coniferous species. The studies assist in estimation of physico-biological and ecological conditions of forest ecosystems from the remote-sensing radiowave techniques by finding the solution to inverse problem of remote sensing. The values of the scattering cross sections obtained from the tree trunks and the electrical parameters of their needles are estimated in the studies.
