The article discusses the mathematical significance of the world's biggest ice sculpture festival in Harbin, China. The potential for mathematical tourist to be able to admire a smaller annual exhibition of more mathematical ice structures at the Harbin Institute of Technology is tackled. The geometric properties of the constituent hexagons and triangles that become clearly visible due to the light effects is also explored.
