- Abstract
The article examines the full cDNA sequence of cytochrome P450 gene CYP1A from the Chinese hard fin yellow catfish and Korean bullhead, Pelteobagrus fulvidraco (Order Siluformes, Family Bagridae). Analyses of the expression pattern of CYP1A mRNA in different tissues, as well as the effect of the CYP1A inducer, β-naphthoflavone (BNF) in different tissues over a period of 96 hours were made. Details of primer and PCR condition for cloning and real time PCR of the catfish species are extracted.
